Coconut oil is a product I wished I’d discovered earlier on in my natural hair journey. When I transitioned, I’d use coconut oil to seal my hair at the end of the day, but there are many more beneficial uses for it than that. One of my go-to deep conditioning recipes is the mayo-honey-egg mixture. In 2014 and 2015, I didn’t deep condition as often or as well as I had in previous years.
